Od nebankovn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed nedostanete celou \u010d\u00e1stku z hodnoty nemovitosti. V pr\u016fm\u011bru se pohybujeme na necel\u00fdch 60 %.\u00darokyOd hodnot poskytovan\u00fdch bankami se odli\u0161uj\u00ed a\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u011b. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se na \u00farokov\u00e9 sazb\u011b 5,99 % p.a.
